An intuitive chef who learned from an early age helping his mother cook Mauritian cuisine, Richy’s experiences cooking in a local scout group led him to pursue a career as a professional chef. Richy has worked most of his career in London and Ireland, where he ran a restaurant, cafe and cookery school for 20 years. Now Richy combines his love of food and teaching by helping others learn how to run their establishment efficiently.

Chef Jason McArdle has been active in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, the last 10 in Finland. Having lived and cooked across 5 different countries, Jason brings a fresh international perspective. Jason specializes in pizza, especially Neapolitan, but carries deep knowledge of all styles of cuisine, having worked in some of the top restaurants in Turku, Finland, and having owned and operated two separate companies.
