“Since the age of 14 I’ve been working in kitchens around the world. I’ve cooked for four prime ministers, dozens of celebrities, and have been featured on two Irish TV networks across the last 6 years. I’ve also written a cookbook. I’m an all-rounder with a passion for hospitality: the buzz, the food, the staff, the patrons, the farmers!

It wasn’t until I owned my own restaurant that I discovered the cost impact of actually running one. The bottom line is efficiency, much like running a marathon. If you want to go the distance you must develop an efficient and sustainable approach.

I can cook, and I can tell you how to cook… but I’m here to help you deploy cost-saving changes and time-management techniques that will help you run your company effectively — and efficiently!”

Jason McArdle

Chef Jason McArdle has been working in the industry for over 15 years, the last 10 in Finland. Jason has a good understanding of the Finnish cuisine and can bring a fresh international perspective having lived in five different countries over the years.

Jason specializes in pizza, especially Neapolitan, but has knowledge in all styles, having worked in some of the top restaurants in Turku over the years and owning and operating 2 companies. Jason is well known in the Finnish pizza circles, after doing very well in the Finnish pizza master competition, and has a very good understanding what works and what doesn’t work in this beautiful country he calls home.

Jasons skills don’t stop at pizza as he has worked in all aspects of the kitchen and restaurant. He also has extensive knowledge in the entertainment industry as a whole, having worked as a sound and lighting engineer in his younger days.

Jason has teamed up with the very talented successful chef Richy Virahsawmy, together they love a challenge and believe their unorthodox approach to problem solving in the hospitality industry can help companies to maximize profits while keeping the food quality and customer experience at the highest possible level.
